Job Description
We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Administration and Marketing sectors. We have an excellent opportunity for a Marketing Administrator to join one of the largest (in their field) auction companies, based in Dartford, Kent.
This role is very exciting and would certainly suit someone that has a keen interest in History (preferably qualified) and has an eye for details and good writing skills.
Marketing Administrator’s Core Duties
- Assisting with newsletters, blogs, eshots / mailshots and social media campaigns etc (good writing skills required)
- Maintain auction catalogues
- Carryout photography of auction items for catalogue
- Carryout Market Research
- Assist with identifying new advertising campaigns, hard & soft copy
- Carry out copywriting and proof reading for press releases, submissions and marketing literature etc.
- Maintain and update database of current and potential customers
- General office administration duties
- Assist at Auction shows
- Move boxes of items used at auctioned
- Upload photos and auction information using Photoshop
Marketing Administrator’s Key Experience
- Excellent writing skills
- A keen interest in History
- Preferably a History qualification
- Good IT skills
- Experience taking photos desirable
- Experience using Photoshop would be desirable
- Experience taking photos desirable
- Able to lift and move fairly heavy boxes
- Excellent communication skills
