Job Description
  • Attend meetings as required, and take notes
  • Compile and produce a clear and agreed record of the meeting action points for circulation
  • Ensure that Managers have relevant information in correct format for required meetings
  • Maintain the confidentiality of client information
  • General administrative duties
  • You will be expected to have good organisational skills and be able to use IT effectively in implementing tasks.
  • Your recent UK working experience going back at least 5 years, or full employment history if you have been working for fewer years than this.
  • Your availability to work either immediately, or at short notice.

The candidate needs to have a level of flexibility as they will probably be required to attend meetings outside the normal 9 till 5 role. There will be a requirement to work an 8hr day between 7am to 8pm
