Job Description

Search is delighted to be partnering with a successful, inclusive wealth management company looking for an IFA Administration Manager who will work between all the functions of the business.

Here are the types of responsibilities you would have had:

  • Managed client service to the highest standards
  • Liaised with clients, suppliers and visitors (reviewed regularly due to current COVID-19 restrictions)
  • Supervised and monitored productivity of the administration team
  • Identified training needs and CPD

With IFA Administrator experience, you'll be able to provide support with recruitment needs, ensure data protection is adhered to, support compliance and manage senior IFA admin tasks.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
We're seeking an experienced candidate who has either been responsible for managing a financial planning office or someone senior within compliance, administration or paraplanning looking to take a step in team management. Ideally, you will be suitably qualified to work within a financial planning practice in an administration/management function through CII, with a competent knowledge of Intelligent Office back-office system.
