Your new role
You will be part of a busy Shared Services Team and the main purpose of the role will be to provide effect admin support to the team , process salary changes, maintain starter / leaver and employee records, maintaining the HR system and employee HR related correspondence, admin of company benefits and travel etc.
Duties of the role will include;
- Day to day admin support the HR Shared Services Team
- Processing of employees personal records - starters / leavers , contract amendments
- Maintenance of the HR system
- Issuing of contractual documentation and HR related forms
