You will provide SystemOne support to the teams in the service using the system and also provide general administration support.
You will be required to work core office hours as required, handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls responding in a polite and efficient manner. You must be competent using IT Systems and equipment, experienced in full range of administration and software programmes.
The role will also involve informing service users/careers, colleagues and outside agencies of appointments, including changes to appointments, cancellations in person, by telephone or by letter.
