Job Description

This is a busy and varied role where you will work as part of a team responsible for the checking of all entries, amendments and revisions to the client registers for accuracy, ensuring they have the relevant documentation attached.
You will also review all outbound correspondence, ensuring this meets our high standards from a customer service and quality perspective.

Role and Responsibilities Include:

- Carries out Quality Assurance (QA) activities related to the entire value stream; including planning, production and testing of components and assemblies.

- Assists the business in achieving its current Quality Objectives

- Manages the production of work logs, documentation packs and associated records, to meet or exceed customer, statutory or regulatory requirements.

- Confers with peers and other functions; Sales, Engineering, Operations, Inspection, Management etc to identify and address problems, issues & opportunities.

- Helps maintain appropriate elements of the Quality Management System (QMS) to meet or exceed customer, statutory & regulatory requirements.

- Identifies opportunities for improvement and participates in continuous improvement activities to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).

- Acts in accordance with company standards (appraisals, discipline, training, development, etc and the responsibilites of assigned role.)

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.45 am - 5.00 pm & Fridays 7.45 am - 11.45 am

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The successful applicant will have previous experience of working within a Quality Administrator role along with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
