Job Description

THE ROLE
* To provide efficient and effective administration services as part of the Procurement function
* To actively contribute to the development of existing systems and processes to improve their effectiveness
* To meet individual and team KPIs and objectives, endeavouring to exceed targets where possible
* To help build relationships with existing and new internal and external stakeholders
* To nurture and build relationships with suppliers
* To ensure the Purchase email account is properly monitored and maintained
* To undertake any other reasonable duties as required in which you adequately trained to carry out


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Experience in a similar role * Customer service skills * Good working understanding of ICT systems and applications, such as excel * Reliable team player * Good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work independently when necessary * Flexible and adaptable to work and ways of working * Committed to the delivery of excellent service and support to clients and customers * Good at building working relationships
