Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a bright, detail orientated, and discreet candidate who is keen to build a career within the legal and company secretarial field to join a forward thinking and progressive wealth management firm.

This is an entry level Administrator role and a wonderful opportunity to join a small but close-knit team and to gain exposure to the heart and running of a professional business, you will work closely with more senior members of the team, an opportunity to be mentored, as well as the potential to complete your company secretarial qualifications.

Duties will include maintaining electronic diaries for the department; and controlling the department’s email inbox, dealing with general telephone and email enquiries, arranging all board and other formal governance committee meetings, assisting with the preparation of Committee and Board meetings, taking minutes of team meetings, making suggestions to streamline the administration of the department to increase overall efficiency and ad hoc admin.
