Due to their large work-load ideally we need some-one who has strong administration skills, and can perform the following. This is initially on a temporary contract, but there will be a permanent position for the right person.
* General office support.
* Input data into in-house systems and also Microsoft Excel.
* Work as a team.
* Be-able to check information, ensure it is correct along with proof reading.
* Planning appointments and schedules.
* Liaise with Boiler suppliers, Engineers and Management professionally
* Confident speaking to customers over the phone and processing payments
The working hours are Monday - Friday 09.00am - 5.00pm.
