Job Description

The Rides & Attractions Administrator will be there to provide support to the Rides & Attractions Management Team ensuring administration policies and procedures relating to everyday operation, training and Staff Members are kept up to date and are well organized.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and accessible files and records in regard to ride operation, training and staff members. You will act as general point of contact for all departments passing messages to Team Leaders, Area Managers and Head of Park Operations as required. You will proactively deal with telephone queries, co-ordinate meetings as requested and produce all relevant documentation (i.e. minutes, agenda’s etc.), as well as be on hand to note take when needed by Ride Managers. You will also assist in coordinating submission of reports and management information to required deadlines. Finally, you will support with the logging of daily, weekly and monthly rides audits and reporting any trends that may arise.

Benefits include an hourly rate of £8.25 to £8.91.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will be extremely organized and have excellent communication skills, including both telephone and written. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment whist remaining calm under pressure. Ideally you will also have experience in a similar role and be comfortable using Microsoft Excel and Outlook and have the ability to multi-task effectively.
