Job Description

 

Reporting to the Finance Manager, this opportunity will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of financial services to the organisation.

Further responsibilities will include;

  • Ensuring financial controls around development provide robust business assurance.
  • Production of budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare management and statutory accounts
  • Production of KPIs for Senior Management
  • Responsibility for accounting and reconciliations of development schemes
  • Maintaining appraisal and development cash flow
  • Assist in reviewing the development appraisals
  • Liaise with non-finance stakeholders on a range of financial matters

You will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with a range of finance and non-finance persons across the organisation, and business partner with senior stakeholders.

The successful candidate must be a professionally Qualified Accountant or Finalist (ACA/CIMA/ACCA/CIPFA) with a driven and proactive approach, and a strong technical skillset.
