What You'll be Doing Each Day:
- Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.
- Manage the appointed IT vendor on office security system, networking, telecommunications system, server and all related aspects.
- Source new London office and manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
- Liaise with facility management vendors, such as cleaning and property management.
- Provide executive support to Senior Management Team members as needed
- Liaise with HQ to ensure alignment of policy and ensure good communication
- Responsible for performing certain aspect of HR-related duties such as; on-boarding process, visa application and exit arrangements
- Plan and manage in-house or off-site activities as required
- Performs ad hoc duties as required

- University graduate
- Capable of handling a wide range of tasks to help set up the company in the UK.
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
