Job Description

What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Ensure office efficiency is maintained by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, layouts and office systems.
  • Manage the appointed IT vendor on office security system, networking, telecommunications system, server and all related aspects.
  • Source new London office and manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, such as cleaning and property management.
  • Provide executive support to Senior Management Team members as needed
  • Liaise with HQ to ensure alignment of policy and ensure good communication
  • Responsible for performing certain aspect of HR-related duties such as; on-boarding process, visa application and exit arrangements
  • Plan and manage in-house or off-site activities as required
  • Performs ad hoc duties as required

  • University graduate
  • Capable of handling a wide range of tasks to help set up the company in the UK.
  • Able to meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
