Acting as a team support on general administration matters to the Department
Liaison point for communication
Research and report writing to Head Office
Recruitment, New joiner & leaver, Invoice and Benefits
Assist preparation and expense claims and other duties
Provide support to overseas delegations to UK for all divisions and business lines when necessary
Assist training project
Other HR and Admin duties assigned by manager
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
Good written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin; Cantonese would be beneficial
Experience as an Admin / team secretary to senior management in a corporate and diversified environment
Process oriented with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to control
Strong and flexible team player with good oral and written communication skills.
Concern for accuracy and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Ability to cope with multiple priorities and changing environment.
