With a large client base of hard working, successful families across the UK, NannyPaye is a leading provider of payroll, HR and legal advice to the employers of domestic staff. Based in offices above Epsom High Street you will have the advantage of an air conditioned environment in a convenient location for shopping and train connections.

The Opportunity

The Office Administrator will be responsible for assisting the team in all aspects of the administration process within the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is organised, detail orientated and thrives working in a fast-paced environment. This is a varied role where no two days will be the same.

Who are we looking for

· GCSE Maths and English minimum grade B.

· You will have A-Level or above qualifications.

· A strong work ethic and ability to take responsibility for your own work. The ‘buck’ will stop with you.

· Good Microsoft Office (MS Excel & Word) skills.

· Excellent spoken and written communication.

· No previous experience necessary but must have excellent attention to detail and be able to work fast under some pressure.

· Good organisation and time-management skills are key to this role.

The Role

The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm and the salary will be £20,000.

Joining a team of 15, your role will cover all aspects of administration and will require you to work both with other team members as well as individually to ensure that our clients and team members are fully supported and that deadlines are met.
