Job Description

You must be able to use your own initiative and work within a team. You will need to have good communication skills and must be IT literate (Microsoft, Word, Excel)

Previous experience on a construction site is preferred but not essential

Duties

Liaise with Project Team and Clients

Timesheet Reporting

Perform data entry

Control the issue and distribution of project documentation

Register and action all project documentation, uploading drawings from 4P to Doc hosting

Creating a Friday report with the site team

Liaise with Wage Clerk at Head Office

Ensure filing system is maintained and up to date

Copying, scanning and storing documents

Chasing Subcontractor Specialist Reports

Stationary and PPE Ordering

Sending Induction Links to new starters

Booking Deliveries on site

Working hours 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 per annum – Currently 1 ½ year contract, but for the right candidate this could be permanent.
