The position will have a wide range of responsibilities such as:
Support the sales team in processing orders, managing customer requests and processing payments
General administration support for both sales and operations
Updating and maintenance of the systems and customer database – SAP and Salesforce
Take ownership of the sales stocks
Support the company’s engineers with general requests
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Experience in a similar position such as Sales Administrator, Sales. Coordinator, Office Administrator, Office Manager, Operations Administrator etc. Ideally experience with SAP. Strong communication skills to deal with customers across the world.
