Working alongside the HR Advisor you will take sole lead of running their monthly payroll for circa 233 employees including statutory year end returns and P60's ensuring the smooth delivery of company payroll on time each month, collate all anomalies throughout the month to process and of being first point of contact for all pay, pension and benefits questions.
Responsibilities:
* Process both weekly and monthly payroll on time
* Respond to and if need to investigate Payroll enquiries
* Assist in the reporting from Payroll to HR for business requirements
* Assist with entering variable overtime and other manual payments that will be reflected on wage slips
* Chase Line Managers for any missing information
* Collate monthly Time & Attendance information for the processing of Payroll
* Process New Starters and Leavers
* Process any changes to contracts of employment or employee information
* Create and maintain HR files including Sick notes and Holiday requests
* Assist HR in the obtaining of employment references
* Maintain Data Protection and confidentiality at all times
