Job Description

You are responsible for providing case administration, filing and post-filing assistance, in accordance with official rules and regulations, and using the firm’s case management system in order to support the Patent fee earners in providing a timely and efficient service.

The successful candidate will have 4 years' previous experience in a similar role, strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and experience of a document management system (DMS). CIPA Patent Administration Certificate is also desirable.

Submissions will be treated with the strictest confidence.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
4 years' experience in a similar role. CIPA Patent Administration Certificate (desirable). Good organization and prioritization skills. The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
