Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts for SPV and JV companies
• Liaison with senior debt and partners to ensure loan covenant and reporting obligations are met
• Maintain JVC cash positions and develop forecasts to assist asset management
• Coordinate across the business and external investment partners to improve the quality of their financial reporting
• Continuous process improvement on end to end processes from cash transactions through to accounts preparation
• Oversee delivery of annual statutory accounts for SPV companies
• Assist in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders and board members
• Other ad hoc financial reporting as required

Relevant Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA) 4 + years PQ
• Hand on acounting expereince in an SME
• Self-management to meet deadlines
• Ability to work in fast paced entrepreneurial environment
• Communicates effectively verbally and in writing
