Job Description

The Job:

Full time, experienced, first class administrator required for our fast-paced Corporate Admin.

The primary responsibilities of the role are Account Management. Duties include:

· To make sure we deliver a consistently high level of service

· Provide data analysis for key customers

· Complete KPI’s as required on key customers

· Answer customer enquiries over the telephone / by e mail

· Set up new contracts – including liaising with Surveyors and inputting onto our CRM system (Salesforce)

· Booking visits for technical service team using our CRM system (Salesforce)

· Raising invoices via CRM system and Sage Accounts

· Debt collection

Qualities:

We will be looking for many of the following qualities from you:

* Confident and personable telephone manner

* Knowledge of London postcodes to be able to direct our service technicians to calls quickly and efficiently

* Work quickly, efficiently and accurately in a busy sometimes demanding environment

* High level of both written and verbal English to at least GCSE grade C or 5 and above, as reporting from and to customers is crucial to the success of the business

* Be able to learn new systems and aspects of Pest Control to enable the candidate to give exemplary customer service to our wide and varied customer base

* Able to problem solve and work within strict weekly deadlines

* Proven track record of Account Management experience

* Minimum 5 years office experience

* Work in a team environment

* Knowledge of Sage Line 50 (preferred not essential)

* Familiar with the Microsoft suite – including Excel with knowledge of pivot tables / VLOOKUP

* Upload and download information onto a CRM reporting system

This is a full-time permanent role and would suit someone who lives within easy reach of the SW17 postcode area
