Job Description

This is an office based role, however some travel may be required to visit our sites & key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately compose requests, which will consist of food and drink menu updates, promotions, discounts, product set up, pricing updates.
  • Maintaining and updating of the customer ordering App – consisting of products, pricing, food and drink menu changes.
  • Maintaining and updating online Deliveroo menus and pricing.
  • Maintain clean, accurate and relevant tills.
  • Pub IT requirements collating and contact lead.
  • Supplier set up requests.
  • Purchase order raising.
  • Manage and priorities workload ensuring 100% success rate on meeting deadlines.
  • Establish good relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure that the central our team can support the delivery of key business initiatives within required timescales.
  • Resolve issues and PQSs raised to business SLA thereby ensuring minimum impact to pub teams and customer.
