Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Care Assistant. This role will see you supporting the team in providing dedicated, expert care to residents of all ages and abilities.

A crucial part of the role will be implementing each residents person-centred care plan, by recording observations, including weight, temperature, pulse, blood pressure, nutrition, tissue viability and liquid intake. A willingness to learn and develop your skills in this area is essential, as well as having excellent written and verbal communication skills.
