Job Description

We receive regular assignments that require an experienced and passionate individual to support the existing team.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will be delivering a high quality of care, to patients within their own homes or residential setting. Your responsibilities will include implementing treatments and aiding patients through their recovery and/ or monitoring their conditions.

Daily tasks will include (but not limited to):

• Following care plans, reporting and raising any changes in patient conditions to senior nurses
• Moving and handling of patients
• Washing and bathing of patients
• Feeding patients
• Infection prevention and control
