Job Description

The position will be working predominately with children 11-16 year old pupils who have variety of special educational needs including; physical difficulties, complex medical conditions and communication needs. Ideally you will have a flexible nature and be prepared to cover across all years where needed. Your role will be supporting with behaviour management and to engage and interact with the children to enable them to be able to access the curriculum fully. The role is temporary covering long term and temporary absence, but may extend until the end of the academic year with opportunities of a permanent contact.

The school provides various support and equipment for the students including sensory rooms, speech and language therapy and the opportunity to complete work placements.
