In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver a first class reception service and ensure that front of house is maintained to a professional level.
Your responsibilities will include…
Being the first point of contact for all customers
Responding to the day to day enquires that come into the shared inboxes
Answering all telephone calls efficiently and in a corporate manner, taking accurate messages or directing calls appropriately
Taking responsibility for all incoming and outgoing post
Maintaining building security by controlling access to visitors and contractors
Working as part of the Property Services team to provide administrative support, complete tasks and assist with compliance reporting
Travelling between our other Chatham sites to ensure lunch breaks are appropriately covered
In return for your commitment:
We offer a base salary dependent on experience of between £19,500 - £22,000 and a competitive benefits package including:

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous work experience in a Reception or customer facing based role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages – Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Ability to work within a busy environment.
