Job Description
They are looking for experience Administrators who have worked within repairs/property maintenance.
- Manage all administration of repairs to properties
- Liaising with tenants and operatives to arrange repairs in tenants/residents homes
- Allocate jobs to sub-contractors with target completion date
- Add Specifications to individual property elements and monitor for payment
- Updating scaffold log, preparing Rota for next week, receiving new handovers from contractors and passing to inspectors, receiving reports from inspectors and updating log, sending updated scaffold log to management twice per week, preparing and posting scaffold awareness letters
- Damp works - dealing with damp works spreadsheet
- Structural works raising orders on QL (upon request from manager or surveyors) and passing to structures, actioning any recommendations as per structural surveys received
