You will need to work with confidential information such as taking minutes for disciplinary meetings, typing up reports and respecting the privacy of the people we support.
Duties include:
General Admin duties such as typing, photocopying and actioning emails.
Answering telephone calls and general enquiries to the office.
Take minutes of meetings, type and distribute.
Organize meetings for managers.
File and maintain accurate records.
Support collation of information for audits alongside the quality team.
Respect confidentiality of information in line with GDPR.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
At least 2 years previous experience working as an administrator. GCSE grade C/5 in math and English or equivalent. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and handle a varied workload. A true team player. Previous experience of the Care industry would be beneficial but not essential.
