Job Description
The post holder is responsible for pay, documentation and updating individual records, both manually and by computer for all recruits and soldiers within the Company. Additionally monitoring and checking for accuracy of the mileage and attendance information given by soldiers on paperwork.
Liaise with contractors, ensuring the Regulations are complied with and monitor when required contractors who attend the site in connection with the maintenance of office equipment.
- Maintain the iHub filing system and stationery requests.
- Maintain record of postage expenditure and balance the postal account monthly.
- Amend manuals, regulations etc. Draft letters and resolve administrative problems as and when they occur.
- The post holder would be expected to attend Drill Nights (Wed, working within working hours).
- Answer phone recording and redirect messages as necessary.
