The role will involve supporting a team to include Sales and Finance. The Administration Assistant will liaise with customers (both over email and phone) to process any orders, raise and query invoices, answer incoming calls, respond to emails, deal with all post, filing, scanning, data entry and any other ad hod administration duties as and when required.
Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (with some flexibility). Due to location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
