Job Description
  • Providing support for the Buyer and the wider team.
  • Responsible for sample management, keeping samples organized in a tidy fashion.
  • Enriching Bulk & SMS POs with correct data and for communicating clearly with supplier what to expect and an explanation of any changes where necessary.
  • Prepares for meetings, ensuring good space, correct samples are pulled and any missing samples are replaced with CADs and/or swatches where necessary.
  • Responsible for master data management on PLM and AX.
  • Communicates clearly with Design, Production, Merchandising and Wholesale information regarding the buys.
  • Completing Attributes in Alpha with quality information ahead of deadlines.
  • Responsible alongside Buyer that buys are listed correctly and any changes are clearly communicated in a timely manner.
  • Be the first point of contact for the department on the relevant categories for samples, data and purchase orders.
