Job Description
  • Processing start to finish payroll
  • Process starters and leavers, may include manual calculations when required.
  • Process changes to salary Allowances and Deductions with manual calculation of arrears when required.
  • Administration of Statutory payments and deductions such as, Statutory Sick Pay, Statutory Maternity Pay, PAYE and National Insurance etc.
  • Check/process validate weekly absence records.
  • Process Tax Code changes via P45, P46 etc.

  • This will pay up to £24.000 plus benefits
  • CIPP studies on offer after successful probation
  • The hours are 37.5 full time core times but agile working practices agreed with manager

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous payroll experience working in a Payroll Bureau or Accountancy practice. Current knowledge of all payroll legislation: SSP, SMP, RTI, auto enrolment. Experience of working to tight deadlines and accuracy.
