This role is immediately available so ideally applicants will be available with immediate effect.This role would suit candidates with minimum 12 months experience within an administrative position and who are looking for a junior entry level position. This role is to ensure that the company projects are planned, organized and completed on time ensuring that the deadlines are met and all projects are management effectively
Set up MS teams, adding and removing members, sending out MS Teams invitations
Draft presentations
Provide step by step guides to new project team members
Generate content for social media posts/mailshots
Work with project groups to identify blog content
Prepare content (welcome letters/workshop information etc) and share with the project teams
Provide administration support to the project teams
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Good administration skills, proven experience in an administrative role. Good Standard of Education. IT Proficient including MS packages including TEAMS, Outlook, Word and Excel. A strong communicator, who is keen to learn and grow within this role.
