This role works closely to many stakeholders across the business area and across company. You will be responsible for the back-office administration supporting the Marketplace Team service delivery in this essential support function.

You will ideally have a good knowledge of Maintenance & Repairs and will have worked within a supportive administration and scheduling function within a social housing role.
The team work on a rota basis Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday where required. Mostly, 9:00am to 5pm with changes made where required to accommodate the team.
You will use a variety of systems to organize, plan and process data, providing relevant and current information for the Team. Accurate data entry and reporting will also be crucial to the role. Experience using Arena and DRS is essential to be considered for the role at this time. Use of the plentific platform will be an advantage but full training will be required so is not essential.
