Responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all customer queries
• Producing quotes
• Ordering parts for repairs
• Raising purchase orders
• General administrative duties

Flexibility to work overtime during the Summer months (May-September) as and when required

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Between May and September they operate a flexible overtime shift Rota working the occasional Saturday and up to 8pm during the week (not every day). Overtime will be paid at time and a half during the week and double time for a Saturday.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Good communication skills. Organized, efficient and self-motivated. Computer literate. Experience producing quotes – desirable. Experience of working in a fast paced environment.
