Job Description
Our client is now seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role will be based from their East Kent office, which does require applicants to have their own transport.
Your duties:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and directing to the appropriate person
- Managing email enquiries
- Preparing documents
- Supporting Contracts Manager and Surveyors with general administrative tasks
- Letter typing / responses
- Filing
- Keeping the office tidy and organized

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The right candidate will have/be: Strong organization skills. Helpful, reliable, and confident. The ability to multitask. Strong using all MS Office applications. A meticulous attention to detail. Intermediate or above skills using Excel. A good telephone manner.
