Student and Course Administrators are responsible for providing a full range of support services for students and courses including maintaining data via the management system (SITS) and providing effective and reliable support to academic staff.
The role requires a good working knowledge of University Academic Regulations and how these apply to students and courses. The role requires flexibility as you will work closely with staff from other faculties and consolidated services across the University.
The successful candidate must be able to work effectively and proactively as part of a team with minimal supervision. You will display a high level of communication skills and the ability to listen and respond effectively to queries, including those of an academic regulatory nature. You should be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and have experience of providing professional support and advice to staff and students. We have two permanent positions and one fixed-term contract for 12 months, all with a starting salary of £24,846.00 per annum.
