Job Description:
The ideal candidate will have administration and/or customer service experience together with the ability to pay attention to detail and work accurately with strong organisational skills. Just as important will be excellent telephone communication skills with a high level of computer literacy, especially centred on Microsoft Office and Excel.
Working closely with the ARC Client Delivery Manager, providing campaign administration support to multiple clients. The role includes, but not restricted to, recruitment administration, video interview and test platform set-up, testing and support, MI and invoicing as well as ad-hoc projects.
Understanding of the principals of checking eligibility and administering pre-appointment checks would also be beneficial.
This role would suit someone that can demonstrate the ability to work at a fast pace, happily take direction from a small team and contribute to the successful delivery of multiple projects with a genuine interest in delivering a quality service.
