Job Description

This is an exciting new opportunity for a highly organized, pro-active and financially skilled Administrator.

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing effective financial and administration business support within the company. The role also requires the management, support and motivation of our Company’s front-line Administration Team of 5 members.

Your key responsibilities will include financial procedures using the company’s finance system – Xero, and you’ll work closely with the Finance and Administration Manager to develop financial reporting processes. You should therefore have strong financial or bookkeeping skills and experience/qualifications. You’ll have dealt with purchasing, invoices and financial reporting in a previous role. You’ll need an understanding of the principles of financial management for a small to medium company as well as knowledge of company statutory returns.

You’ll have experience of working as an Administrator in a busy office environment and will be a self-starter. Having the skills to make you capable of independent working, you’ll be able to take the initiative as well as being a strong and reliable team-player. Experience of streamlining and developing administration processes and systems would be an advantage in this role.
