The Housing Administrator will be responsible for:
Dealing with general enquiries from internal and external contacts
Minute taking for the team
Arranging and coordinating meetings and other ad hoc events
Diary management for members of the team
Occasional reception cover
The Successful Applicant
The Housing Administrator will have:
A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience, working within the sector
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
An ability to prioritise conflicting tasks and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
