This role is working as part of a small team however you will feel comfortable using your initiative and getting stuck in.

Duties of the Accounts Assistant will include (but are not limited to):
· Check & Enter Supplier Invoices
· Pay Suppliers (including Proforma, VAT & Duty & Import Loan payments & early settlements)
· Bank Reconciliation (Enter Payments & Receipts)
· Credit Card Reconciliation (Enter Payments & Receipts)
· Maintain the Fixed Asset Register
· Month End Journals & Prepayments
· Produce Monthly Management Accounts
· Monthly Intrastat Return (EC Arrivals)
· Quarterly EC Sales Return
· Produce and Submit the VAT Return
· Produce Year End Accounts
· Annual Confirmation Statement
