My client based in North Lincolnshire are a highly reputable privately-owned manufacturing organisation with a clear business strategy to become the market leader in its particular field. As a direct result of this planned growth the need has arisen to recruit a high calibre Finance Analyst for a newly created role.

About the role:

• Preparation of weekly/ monthly accounts.
• Production and analysis of P&L, Balance sheet, KPIs and working capital.
• Preparation of periodic financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, annual budgets, weekly cash flows, variance analysis and commentaries.
• Balance sheet reconciliations.
• Fixed asset management and depreciation.
• Provide analytical review of both financial and non-financial external returns and financial accounts.
• Ensure accounting policies comply with the relevant accounting standards and company policies are followed.
• Year End audit activities and statutory accounts reporting.
• Enhance existing internal controls, processes and procedures system reports and develop reports to improve reliability and accuracy.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Qualified ACA or ACCA you will have proven analytical and reporting skills through advanced knowledge of Microsoft excel in addition to possessing excellent organisational and time. You will possess strong technical accounting experience with a proven ability to convey financial information to non-finance managers in a confident and persuasive manner.
