Job Description
This role is perfect for a school leaver who is looking for their first step into a career or perhaps a person who has taken a career break and is looking to return to an office environment.
You would ideally have previous Audio Typing skills but if you don't full training will be given.
Provide administrative support to the fee earners and secretaries, including filing, bulk photocopying, preparation of court bundles, arranging appointments and dealing with client enquiries both in person or via telephone
Opening/closing client files
Organizing refreshments for meetings and visitors
Book meetings through Outlook calendar system
Take the daily banking
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Articulate and well presented with a confident and capable demeanor. IT Proficient (Word, Outlook and Excel). GCSE's or equivalent A-C in math and English. Audio typing experience (desirable not essential).
