Job Description

Your role will be to lead and manage commercial transactions through the documentation process to agreement commencement. You will be integral to the team ensuring all necessary lease and loan documentation are processed, proactively manage and provide exemplary customer support and undertake all related administration in a timely and accurate manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ideally you will have experience within leasing and pay-outs with a track record of delivering high quality transactions. You will be able to work pro-actively & with a sense of urgency aligned to delivery of excellent customer service. Confident in dealing with the various levels of contacts. Apply attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of your work. Ability to retain large amounts of information especially relating to different procedures, suppliers, introducer and customers’ requirements. Have the ability to multi-task. Happy taking on responsibility. Computer literate. Numerate. Having a good overall knowledge of Corporate Finance, products and relationship would be ideal.
