Job Description
You will be a crucial link to onsite and off-site teams, parents and various professionals. A flexible approach is needed for this interesting, sometimes diverse set of tasks.
Your duties will include:
- Covering reception on a rota basis
- To provide clerical and administrative support to professionals across Nash College
- Produce, collate and distribute reports, letters and other documents.
- Maintaining both electronic and paper based files, spread sheets and databases.
- Responding to verbal and written queries (email phone and post) from external parties, parents and internal staff as appropriate.
Applicants should have a sound level of general education to at least NVQ level 3 or its equivalent. A good eye for detail, excellent IT and literacy skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines.
