Job Description

This is a lovely position for the right candidate working with a company who have an outstanding reputation and this role would suit a person who has excellent administration skills teamed with previous accounts experience.
The role is office based, Monday-Friday 08.00-17.00 (1 hour for lunch) within their state of the art offices which also afford an onsite gym, coffee shop and cafeteria, 25 days holiday ( + 8 days bank holiday).

  • Purchase ledger processing
  • Reconciliation
  • Processing invoices, chasing invoices and ensuring invoices are entered onto the accounting system
  • Liaison with suppliers and contractors
  • Utility management - dealing with the administration of the new build properties utilities, liaising with site staff to ensure correct utility readings, providing correct readings to utility companies, dealing with any paperwork, allocation of payment to utilities and when properties are sold ensuring final correct readings are given to the utility companies

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
IT Proficient able to use MS packages. Previous experience in an accounts role. Experience of SAGE 50. Excellent communicator both written and verbal. A team player, with a can do attitude, adaptable and efficient. Strong administrative skills, good time management skills.
