Job Description

As the administrator on site you will be involved in coordinating and implementing office procedures and frequently have responsibility for specific projects and tasks some of which are described below:

  • General office management (ordering stationary)
  • Help with arranging both internal and external events
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff
  • Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms
  • Schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
  • Dealing with email enquiries
  • Answering incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
  • Support with interviews
  • Using SAP create purchase orders to support our staff with ordering materials on a daily basis
  • Processing payments and invoices ensuring all orders are receipted in a timely manner
  • Photocopy and print various documents
  • Create and maintain filing and other office systems
  • Book in and be first point of contact for all contractor's site visits (RAMS) including local science park personnel
  • Support with ECHA notification (training provided)
  • Support Quality Assurance department with archiving
