Job Description
  • Input data into Evolution, including non-core vendors for all GB numbers
  • Run stock sheets off on a weekly/ monthly basis
  • Visually check the expanded stock and investigate any discrepancies
  • Compile all trading onto one system for accounting / margin purposes
  • Transfer costs / stock accordingly across GB numbers
  • Produce a weekly results pack for the relevant managers to check, contain accurate and auditable information
  • Assist generally with office duties as required and any other associated tasks
  • Ensure the correct completion of relevant documentation after each service. Float checked / received signature, total cash signature, name, date etc.
  • Answer the telephones and pass on messages in a timely manner

  • Previous administration experience, ideally within a fast paced team
  • Excellent organisational skills
