In this role you will be monitoring the Project inbox and creating daily reports for the team and clients, assisting with the scheduling of engineers, updating internal systems, and assisting with project closures. You’ll start to reply to client queries yourself and naturally develop your project management skills.
Other responsibilities include general office and administration duties, such as ensuring that the office is organized and presentable, handling incoming and outgoing postage and parcels, organizing paperwork, and answering the phones.
