Job Description

You will support in taking minutes for a variety of meetings, work with Maintenance Managers to assist with the wide range of service contracts held by the department, and work closely with colleagues to ensure administrative requirements are met. In addition to this, you will support in the organization of meetings, events, and committees as required

You will have:

  • GCSE English and Math (Grade C or above) or equivalent;
  • Proven experience of providing good customer service
  • Good IT skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Previous experience in a Clerical role
